Brandon Market

Brandon is a small market town situated within the Brecks. Brandon's market square has a traditional butcher and baker situated around the edges and some of the best local fruit and veg in the area. Many special events are held on the square during the year.

Brandon market is situated on Market Hill in the centre of the town. The main market day is Thursday with approximately 14 regular stallholders there is also a small market on a Saturday morning. Both markets run between 8.00am and 1.00pm throughout the year. The Thursday market is very much part of the local community with many stallholders living in and around the Brandon area.  Local charities regularly have free stalls and St Peter’s Church runs a free coffee caravan to provide refreshments to both stallholders and visitors.

Free parking is available in George Street Car park and in the  car park at the Brandon Centre, which is free for up to three hours.  There are bus stops on the High Street and George Street which are both just short walks from Market Hill.   Brandon's market is managed by West Suffolk Council, in conjunction with Brandon Town Council and is in the heart of the town.
